Project Leader

Are you someone who maintains an overview, brings structure, and gets teams moving? Do you enjoy working on technical projects where you are the link between engineers, suppliers, and customers? Then this role as Project Leader at Quanza is exactly for you.

As Project Leader, you will guide medium-complexity technical projects within our network and infrastructure chain. You ensure that activities are carried out in a structured manner, that all parties involved know what needs to be done, and that the planning is realistic and achievable. You interface with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and customers, and ensure that everyone works within the agreed scope.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

• Drawing up a clear project plan and corresponding financial budget

• Coordinating activities within the project team

• Monitoring planning, budget, capacity, and quality

• Communicating with customers regarding progress, risks, and necessary adjustments

• Determining team composition and managing resources

• Performing escalation management and impact analyses in the event of disruptions or risks

• Ensuring projects meet set requirements and quality standards

• A smooth completion and handover of the project to management and the client

You possess strong organizational skills and you know how to bring people along in the planning and execution. You switch easily between different stakeholders and always maintain an overview.

In addition, you have:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;

• Prince2 Foundation (or willing to obtain this in the short term);

• Knowledge of stakeholder management at an operational level;

• Knowledge of network infrastructure or network-related applications

• Experience managing internal colleagues, contractors, customers, and other chain partners;

• Understanding of administrative project tasks such as reporting and risk analyses;

• Experience with tools such as Teams, ServiceNow, and Confluence;

• (Pre) Work experience in complex customer environments such as those of Rijkswaterstaat, police, defense, and large telecom providers.
