The Netherlands cannot wait for new infrastructure. The scale of the energy transition is causing a rapidly growing project portfolio, while available time and capacity are limited. Predictability in planning, decision-making, and execution is therefore no longer an ambition, but a requirement.

As a Project Manager, you will make a direct impact on the future of our electricity grid. Together with your colleagues, you will work on the preparation and realization of large-scale high-voltage projects, so that we can continue to supply the Netherlands with reliable energy.

As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure that projects are realized safely, on schedule, according to quality standards, and within budget. You are the central point of contact for stakeholders and ensure that all parties involved collaborate effectively towards shared objectives.

• Leading integral project management teams and any sub-projects.
• Developing and implementing an integral Project Execution Strategy throughout all project phases.
• Monitoring budgets, quality, progress, and project objectives.
• Identifying risks in a timely manner and initiating appropriate management measures.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating a safe working environment in which safety is an integral part of the daily actions of all project participants.
• Stimulating ownership, result-orientation, and accountability within the team.

Location Gouda: on average two days per week in the office, combined with working from home and presence at project locations

• Delivering results: You are strongly focused on achieving agreed results. You create a sense of urgency, maintain focus on project objectives, and ensure that teams continue to perform, even when projects are complex or face setbacks and obstacles.
• Directing: You provide direction to multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective collaboration. You make expectations clear, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate activities so that people collaborate optimally and project objectives are achieved.

Therefore, for full-time employment, we offer you:

• Permanent contract for 32-40 hours per week.
• Salary scale 9: € 4,816 to € 9,472 gross per month excluding 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus.
• ABP pension where TenneT pays 70% of the premium.
