Network Infrastructure Project Manager

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.

• At least 5 years of experience with project management within a technical environment.

• Knowledge and experience with the design and/or installation of telecom networks.

• Strong project management skills and knowledge of common project management methodologies.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

• A salary between € 4,392 and € 6,500 per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. A full-time employment at Allinq amounts to 40 hours per week; the salary is based on 38 hours due to the accrual of ADV (reduction of working hours).

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.

As an ICT Project Manager Network Infrastructure, you will lead challenging ICT and telecom projects within one of the most dynamic technical environments in the Netherlands. You are responsible for the successful realization of projects where quality, safety, planning, and customer satisfaction are central. This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who gains energy from technology, stakeholder management, and complex project environments.

As an ICT Project Manager Network Infrastructure, you direct the construction and installation of above-ground and underground ICT and data networks. You work closely with engineers, work preparers, and execution teams, ensuring that projects are realized according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders and ensure that permits, activities, and deliveries are well-coordinated. From engineering and preparation to delivery and aftercare, you maintain the overview and adjust where necessary.

Your responsibilities include:

• Communicating with the client regarding the progress of projects.

• Coordinating and directing engineers, work preparers, and execution teams.

• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules and budgets.

• Managing permits and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Directing delivery, reporting, evaluations, and project completion.
