Pay & benefits

What you'll get

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

  • A gross monthly salary of up to € 7,267 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
  • On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
  • € 700.- (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

  • Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
  • You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
  • Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

The role

As a Data Analyst at Stedin, you transform data into insights that make our energy grid smarter, safer, and future-proof.

As a Data Analyst at Stedin, you translate complex datasets into insights and advice that contribute directly to the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our energy grid. You build dashboards, work on predictive models, and help System Operations to become increasingly data-driven.

What you'll do

  • With a fresh dataset and a cup of coffee, you start analyses that make bottlenecks and opportunities in the energy grid visible.
  • You build dashboards that allow operational colleagues to retrieve insights independently.
  • After lunch, you discuss a change process and provide direction to decision-making through reports and visualizations.
  • At the end of the afternoon, you automate manual processes and continue working on a model for, for example, grid load.

How you'll work

  • Impactful work on the energy transition.
  • Hybrid working with flexible working hours.
  • 24% personal budget for extra salary, leave, or other choices.

With these qualities, you will grow here

You are analytically strong and technically skilled. You enjoy diving into complex data, but above all, you know how to extract insights that others can act upon. You explain those insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Take the step to your next challenge

We look forward to meeting you.
