• As an electrical engineering project leader, you are the driving force behind the electrical installations of a large-scale utility project of more than € 15 million. You ensure that the planning is correct and stays correct. You lead your team, monitoring the progress, quality, and safety of the project.
• You maintain control over the finances and ensure clear insight into the results and the forecast (together with the project manager). From the start to the delivery, you are in the lead. In addition, you are given the space to organize the project according to your own insight and to implement smart improvement proposals.
• You are the primary point of contact for everything related to electrical engineering. You know how to maintain relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders: from the client to the architect, from the developer to the subcontractor, and of course your own team. You ensure that everyone is on the same page.
• Safety is your top priority. But you also know how to bring both calm and fun to the team. Together with the site project leader, you ensure a flawless installation of, among other things, smart lighting technologies, energy monitoring, and sustainable solutions such as solar panels. And you ensure that everything is properly recorded in the correct reports.
• You report to the project manager and lead the project coordinator, engineer, work planner, and BIM modeller(s).
