The role

The energy transition requires more than just technology. It requires smart changes that ensure our grids continue to operate reliably, faults are resolved faster, and our operations are ready for the future.

As a Maintenance Project Leader at Stedin, you will get the chance to make an impact exactly there. You will lead complex organization-wide improvement trajectories, work closely with colleagues in operations, and ensure that changes are not only conceived but also actually land in practice.

Here, you will get the freedom to tailor projects to your liking, bring stakeholders along in change, and contribute directly to a future-proof energy grid.

Within Maintenance, we ensure that our electricity and gas networks remain safe, reliable, and future-proof. To achieve this, continuous improvements are needed in processes, working methods, and collaboration.

As a project leader, you are the driver of these changes. You translate ambitions into concrete results and ensure that new working methods are implemented sustainably.

You ensure that plans become reality.

No two days are the same.

What you'll do

  • You will work on strategic and operational issues that deliver visible results.
  • You will receive a great deal of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
  • You will work together with technicians, managers, specialists, and management.
  • You will be part of an experienced change team in which you will continue to learn and develop.
  • You will contribute directly to one of the greatest challenges of our time: the energy transition.
  • Improving the organization of our fault repair service.
  • Organizing work packages more intelligently, thereby increasing productivity.
  • Optimizing processes so that maintenance is carried out more efficiently.
  • Strengthening collaboration between different departments within the chain.
  • You start the morning with a stakeholder meeting in which you discuss the progress of your project and prepare decisions.
  • Next, you accompany a technician in the field to better understand where opportunities for improvement lie.
  • Later in the day, you brainstorm with a Change Lead about change approach, support, and implementation.
  • In between, you drive results, make decisions where necessary, and ensure that the change is actually anchored in daily operations.

With these qualities, you will grow here

You know how to get people moving. You switch easily between strategy and execution, connect different interests, and keep course towards results.
