• A good salary between € 5400,- and € 7400,- per month, depending on your experience.

For example, are you currently a Senior Site Planner or Site Manager, Project Coordinator, or do you work at an engineering firm and want to make the step to project management at a contractor within construction teams? Then this position is for you!

As a Construction Team Project Manager, you are responsible for regional projects in Brabant and surrounding areas. You manage projects from preparation to completion and work together with a close-knit team of specialists in the fields of contract management, costs, designers & advisors, asphalt processing, and civil concrete and hydraulic engineering. You are the generalist who ties everything together within the construction team context, together with your team and the client.

As a Project Manager, you not only manage multiple infrastructure projects, but you also actively contribute to the direction of our branch. In a dynamic environment, you know how to switch quickly thanks to your decisiveness and you provide direction with strong leadership and your focus on results. You maintain an effortless overview of multiple projects simultaneously through your planning skills, and with your organizational sensitivity, you switch smoothly between internal interests and external expectations. Additionally, as a true connector, you know how to bring people and disciplines together and turn collaboration into results.

• Coordinating and managing regional construction teams in Brabant and surrounding areas.
• Realizing small to medium-sized projects (UAV/RAW and UAV-gc)
• Connecting design, execution, and client interests within multidisciplinary projects
• Presenting our proposal and translating it into a concrete execution product
• Collaborating with specialists and clients to achieve the best result
• Contributing to the development of the team and mentoring less experienced colleagues

As a Construction Team Project Manager, you possess strong commercial and communicative skills. You are sensitive to the interests of various stakeholders and know how to act in a customer-oriented manner, always keeping an eye on collaboration and results. Additionally, you bring substantive knowledge and experience in current themes for public clients, such as greening, water management, climate adaptation, sustainability, and relevant design guidelines regarding spatial plans and construction. You combine analytical ability with decisiveness and are able to translate complex issues into practical solutions within the construction team.

• HBO working and thinking level (preferably Civil Engineering or similar)
• Experience within GWW as a Project Manager, Senior Site Planner or Site Manager, Project Coordinator, or Advisor at an engineering firm
• Affinity with construction teams and design processes
• Communicatively skilled and able to present complex matters clearly
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility
