Project Leader in Mill

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking.
• A completed technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project leader within infrastructure technology, preferably in public lighting.
• Knowledge and experience with public lighting, traffic control systems, and electrotechnical infrastructure.
• Experience in managing project teams and external parties.
• A practical and result-oriented attitude.

• Knowledge of UAV(-GC), RAW, and VCA-VOL is a plus.

• € 6,500 – € 8,300 gross per month based on 40 hours.

Do you want to work on projects that are visible in public spaces every day? As a Project Leader in public lighting or traffic control systems, you will ensure that streets, roads, squares, and other public areas are safe, well-lit, and future-proof.

From the installation and renovation of public lighting to large-scale replacement and sustainability projects: you take the lead and ensure that projects are successfully realized.

As a Project Leader  you are responsible for the entire project, from preparation through to delivery. You work together with various disciplines and are the central point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

This is what you will do:

• Leading projects within public lighting.
• Directing and guiding work preparers, site managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Monitoring planning, budget, quality, and safety.
• Maintaining contact with municipalities, provinces, clients, grid operators, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities on location and ensuring good cooperation between all parties involved.
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities and responding to them in a timely manner.
• Ensuring correct project administration and reporting.
• Contributing to improvements and sustainability within public lighting.

You are an experienced project leader who gets energy from technology, people, and projects that deliver visible results. You know how to maintain an overview, communicate easily with different parties, and take responsibility when necessary.
