Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you contribute directly to the energy transition. You guide teams in replacing smart meters and in the decommissioning, reinforcing, and installing of electrical connections. You ensure safety, clear instructions, and smooth execution. Thanks to your technical knowledge and organizational skills, you work every day towards a future-proof energy grid.

Our technicians work on diverse assignments, from smart meter replacements to decommissioning and grid adjustments. You ensure that your technicians can work safely, that certifications and work equipment are in order, and that every job is completed neatly. You advise on the best technical solution and inspect the final result. You are visible on location and, at the same time, the point of contact for planning, safety, and quality.

A day as a Site Supervisor

• You guide technicians and support them with technical issues.
• You supervise safety procedures and actively share your safety knowledge.
• You monitor the progress of the work, check administrative handling, and communicate with work supervisors and site managers.
• You ensure that materials, resources, and certifications are up to date.

All financial employment conditions at a glance

• A salary of up to € 5,086.19 gross per month (scale 6) or up to € 5,622.62 gross per month (scale 7) based on a 40-hour work week.
• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means up to € 1,196 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• €80 net field allowance per month. This is how we ensure you also have a nice cup of coffee during your work!

On top of that, there is this:

• You will receive a company car from us. This way, you are behind the wheel of your own work! In addition to your car, you can also use a public transport card for commuting and business travel. With this card, you travel second class at Stedin's expense.
• € 700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example, for your gym membership or new sportswear.

You are someone with authority and people skills, who is technically strong and enjoys setting a good example. You maintain an overview and know how to switch gears quickly, even when situations change.

Furthermore, you have:

• A completed MBO 4 education in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of technical work experience.
• A VOL VCA and BHV certificate.
• Demonstrable knowledge of gas and/or electricity, or the willingness to learn both.
• The willingness to obtain the WV schap gas/elektra.
