As a Project Leader, you are part of our business unit in Assen, working on projects within high voltage. The projects you work on vary in scope and size and involve both conversion and renovation projects. The projects are primarily located in the Northern Netherlands. You are responsible for assembling and managing the project team. This includes permanent employees, agency staff, and the subcontractors worked with during the project. As a Project Leader, you liaise with various parties to steer the project in the right direction. Internally, with for example engineering, work preparation, the safety specialist, and the project manager. Externally, with the client and subcontractors.

You play an important role in monitoring progress, execution, budget, risks, and quality control. To this end, you initiate various meetings, both with various colleagues and with the different external parties.

The project documentation, such as reports and quotation letters, is of a high-quality level. You play an important role in this. You also map out the project risks based on the project scope and manage the efforts to control these risks.
