Care Assistant Plus - max. 32 hours

We are looking for a Care Assistant with a medication module who has an affinity for more intensive somatic care. If that is you, we would love to meet you.

Your day is only successful if the residents you work with have also experienced a pleasant and valuable day. And this often lies in even more personal attention. Small daily things with which you can make a big difference for the residents. You support and stimulate residents with a somatic care need during ADL activities and daily activities with the goal of contributing to the provision of high-quality care. As a Care Assistant Plus, you follow the established agreements in the care and living plan. Any specific details you notice, you report in the digital care and living plan and to the nurse and/or the (residential) care coordinator. We expect you to be flexible and able to work independently.

Swaenesteyn is a lively and cozy nursing home in the Leyenburg district of The Hague. This location is part of the specialist care expertise domain. Our residents live in a spacious two-room apartment where they receive (complex) somatic nursing home care. • You have an MBO level 2 diploma as a Care Assistant with a medication module

• You have an affinity for providing somatic care 

• You are creative in thinking of solutions 

• You encourage residents in taking and maintaining their own autonomy 

• As a Care Assistant with a medication module, a salary in FWG 30 CAO VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €3,410.16 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week 

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus
