Work when it suits you, at different locations and with plenty of variety. As a care assistant plus in the Amarosa flexpool, you have the freedom to choose your own shifts AND you make a difference every day for our residents and clients.

Do you want to work flexibly and at the same time be part of different teams? In our flex pool, you largely determine when you work. You can be deployed at various locations and departments in Wassenaar, both during the day, in the evening, and on the weekend.

You can easily sign yourself up for open shifts. Together with the colleagues from the permanent teams, you ensure that our residents and clients receive the attention and support they need.

Our residents have their own apartment and can meet each other in the living rooms or common areas. As a care assistant plus, you support them with daily care and contribute to a pleasant and meaningful day.

As a Care Assistant Plus:

• you support residents with personal care and daily activities;

• you work according to the personal care plan;

• you encourage residents to continue doing as much as possible themselves;

• you pay attention to the well-being and needs of the resident;

• you work together with colleagues from the permanent team and other healthcare professionals;

• you signal irregularities and discuss these with your colleagues.

You can be deployed at various Amarosa locations: Sophieke, Willibrord, Bellesteijn, de Bonte Os, and Amaliahof. You can also work within our home care teams with clients receiving care at home.

The various locations each have their own atmosphere and target groups. For example, you might work with residents with a somatic condition or residents with dementia at a location with small-scale care for 6 to 8 residents, or nursing home care with a ward of 36 residents.

Do you love variety and do you enjoy working in different places? Then the fire brigade services are really for you. You are deployable according to a roster at various locations and departments. You will hear where you are expected a day in advance. And if extra help is needed somewhere else on your workday, the planning office can contact you.

You are a caring and flexible care assistant plus who loves to make a difference for others. You look beyond just the care that is needed at that moment and have an eye for the well-being of our residents.

Furthermore, you possess:

• a Care Assistant Plus diploma;

• knowledge of procedures and protocols;

• good communication skills;

• a healthy dose of humor, tact, and flair.
