At Domus Nostra, care is provided to residents with Korsakov syndrome. They are all residents with cognitive impairments; for some residents, behavioral disorders are prominent. The starting point here is the empathic directive approach, a method developed by Saffier to provide the best possible guidance to people with Korsakov.
We are the Regional Expertise Center for Korsakov and are proud to hold the Topcare designation. More information about the Korsakov knowledge center: www.korsakovkenniscentrum.nl
