Who we are
Located in the Hague district of Benoordenhout is Maison Gaspard de Coligny, a small residential facility for the elderly. It is atmospherically furnished, with a sunroom and a beautiful garden. There are apartments in the assisted living home and care-guaranteed homes. Gaspard also offers the possibility of temporary stays. Before a client comes to live with us, we conduct an interview in their home situation. We find it important to know well what our clients' living worlds are so that we can ensure our care aligns with their personal lifestyle and enjoyment of life.

You are a familiar face for our residents and:

• You support personal care and daily activities

• You administer medication according to the applicable guidelines

• You notice changes in well-being and health

• You work closely with colleagues, family, and other healthcare professionals

• You ensure that residents feel safe, heard, and at home

You have your Care Assistant diploma in hand. But honestly, we find several other things even more important:

• A nice salary as a Care Assistant in FWG 25 in accordance with CAO VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to a max. of €3,233.35 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus    

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22% to 60%
