Care Assistant (Plus) 24-36 Hours Per Week

• A salary according to the CAO Nursing and Care Homes & Home Care FWG 25 or 30 between €2,599 – €3,410 (at 36 hours);

• Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of the gross annual salary;

As a care assistant or care assistant plus, you ensure that residents feel seen, heard, and comfortable. You provide not only care, but also attention and structure in the day.

You will be involved in:

• Guiding and supporting residents in their daily lives

• Providing person-centered care

• Stimulating independence and well-being, and responding to the individual wishes and possibilities of our residents

Additionally, you are there for the small, but oh so important moments. You undertake an activity, have a chat, or simply listen for a moment. In this way, you make the days more enjoyable and life more meaningful. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that residents feel heard, seen, and valued every day. To the residents, you are a familiar face.

You work according to a schedule, where we will look together at what suits you.

You are caring and patient. The well-being of the residents is central, and you play an important role in that. You can work well independently, but of course, you also support your colleagues.
