At Saffier, we believe in elderly care that goes beyond medical treatment. We stand for person-centered care, client autonomy, and job satisfaction for our professionals. As a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine, you will play a key role in this. Due to the pregnancy of one of our colleagues, we are looking for an SO who wants to temporarily join our team as an employee. Do you like it here? Then there are possibilities to explore permanent employment afterwards.
Saffier is an innovative elderly care organization in The Hague. We provide care to the elderly during illness, conditions, or in the final stage of life. Quality of life and autonomy are central, not age or disability. Our medical department consists of SOs, junior doctors, VNs, and PAs. We work at ten locations and also in primary care.
In everything we do, we are guided by our DNA; that which connects us and makes us who we are and how we do our work. Attention, meaning, and care for the present and the future are the three important building blocks of our DNA.
- Attention means that we have a sincere interest in the other person according to the principle of "social approach." In who he or she was, is, and their future.
- Meaning means that we like to give someone the feeling that he or she is a valuable human being. Always. Even if circumstances are sometimes difficult.
- Care for now and later means that we like to develop our craftsmanship and have an eye for the current and future needs of our clients so that we always, at every moment, provide good care.
