For Amaliahof in Wassenaar, we have a vacancy for a Care Assistant Plus who contributes to a pleasant day for our residents with attention, warmth, and joy.

As a Care Assistant Plus, you are there for our residents. You support them with their daily care and primarily look at what someone can still do themselves and what they find pleasant. You know the residents, have an eye for their habits, and know how important peace, structure, and personal attention are.

You will do this by

• Supporting residents with their personal care and daily activities;

• Performing appropriate care tasks;

• Ensuring a homely atmosphere in which residents feel safe and trusted;

• Paying attention to the well-being of residents and signaling changes in their behavior or health;

• Working together with your colleagues to ensure personal care, pleasant moments, and a nice day for every resident.

At Amaliahof, 12 residents with dementia live in a small-scale and familiar environment. We find it important that residents feel at home and can fill their day as much as possible in a way that suits them.

You work in a dedicated team that collaborates well and stands ready for one another. Together, you ensure a homely atmosphere and care that connects with the needs and possibilities of every resident.

You are caring and patient. The well-being of the residents is central, and you play an important role in that. You can work well independently, but of course, you also support your colleagues.

• You have a diploma in Care and Welfare (Helpende Zorg en Welzijn), supplemented with the Care Assistant Plus (Helpende Plus) certificate;

• You have an affinity for people with dementia;

• You are flexibly deployable for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• A challenging and varied position in a small-scale professional organization;

• A close-knit team with short lines and a pleasant, informal culture;

• A contract of 24 hours per week for a fixed term with the intention to convert this to an indefinite term, working days in consultation;

• A salary according to the CAO Nursing and Care Homes & Home Care FWG 25 or 30 between €2,599.00 - €3,410.00 (at 36 hours);

• Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of the gross annual salary;

• Flexible benefits system (for example, for the purchase of an electric bicycle or the purchase of extra leave days;

• Travel allowance;

• A pension scheme with pension fund Zorg en Welzijn.
