Care Assistant (Plus) PG - 16 to 28 hours

• You have experience and affinity with working in elderly care and preferably with residents with PG

• You are helpful and have a client-oriented attitude

• You enjoy collaborating, but can also act well independently

• You have an eye for the well-being of residents and understand that personal attention is just as important as good care

• You preferably have an MBO diploma as a Care Assistant level 2 with medication module

• If you do not yet possess the medication module, we expect you to be willing to obtain it

• For a Care Assistant with medication module the salary is in FWG 30 VVT collective labor agreement up to max. €3,233.35 per month based on a 36-hour work week

• If you have not yet (obtained) the medication module, you will start in FWG 25 VVT collective labor agreement up to max. €3,124.01 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

Do you enjoy making an active contribution to the living, lifestyle, and working climate of residents and colleagues, both in a team and independently? As a Care Assistant, you support residents in performing activities of daily living (ADL) and contribute to a pleasant and homely living environment. You are part of the care team and, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the daily execution of care for residents. In doing so, you follow the agreements set out in the care plan. Daily, you report in the digital care plan to the caregiver and/or the (residential) care coordinator. We expect you to be flexible and able to work independently.

In addition to supporting personal care, you help residents with meals and assist your colleagues in the kitchen during meal times. You have an eye for the well-being of residents, stimulate their independence where possible, and contribute to a pleasant and homely atmosphere in the department. Drinking a cup of coffee, playing a game, or just taking a moment for a chat; you know how important these moments are for the well-being of our residents.

Nebo is located in the green and stately Hague district of Benoordenhout, directly next to Clingendael Park. You can park for free on our own premises and, thanks to the favorable location, you are on the N44 or A12 within minutes. You can also use the Flexhopper, and a bus stop is located about a ten-minute walk from the location.
