Nurse - 28 To 36 Hours

• As a Nurse, a salary in FWG 45 cao VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €4,245.84 gross per month for a 36-hour work week 

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22% to 60% 

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus

As a nurse, you make a difference for the residents in Huize Royal/Royal Rustique in The Hague by providing support and care that suits them. You carefully record observations and reports according to the care plan, you maintain contacts with external and internal practitioners, and you are involved in guiding students and interns through our own training department. You also participate in (work) meetings and actively contribute ideas for improvements that we can implement.

Huize Royal, together with the adjacent manor houses Royal Rustique, forms a cozy and atmospheric residential care center on the Rusthoekstraat in Scheveningen. There are rental apartments where residents decide for themselves which care and well-being aspects they want to purchase, but residents with a WLZ indication can also come to us. We are moving towards this new form of shared living because we believe it is important that we can offer all forms of care at the moment the resident wants it and it is appropriate. The starting point is the self-reliance, freedom of choice, and personal responsibility of the resident. From intramural care to in-house home care, we provide it.

With great enthusiasm and pleasure, we make things as enjoyable as possible for the residents. Our residents appreciate that we focus on their own needs and wishes. With us, loving care, being able to be yourself as a human being, and interest in others are at the forefront. The care is hectic, yet at the same time, we ensure a good atmosphere. Your team consists of fellow nurses, practice nurses, activity coordinators, residential care coordinators, caregivers, helpers, and care and welfare assistants.

• Do you want to do some shopping before or after work? This is possible on the beautiful Frederik Hendriklaan or in the Scheveningen Keizerstraat and Badhuisstraat
