You enjoy working independently, but also find it important to be part of a team. You have sincere attention for your clients, look beyond the care requirements, and prefer to think in terms of possibilities rather than limitations.

Furthermore:

• Do you have a diploma in Care & Welfare Assistant, supplemented with medication certification (Care Assistant Plus);

• Do you not yet have a Plus certificate? Then you can obtain this with us;

• Are you available for day, evening, and weekend shifts;

• You work independently, take responsibility, and keep your agreements.

• A contract of 0-24 hours per week, in consultation;

• A salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 25: € 16.61 to € 20.66 gross per hour;

• 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

• The possibility to use a bicycle or company car during your route.

As a Helpende Plus in Hoogvliet, you will visit clients at home and help them to continue living independently and comfortably for as long as possible. You support daily care and look beyond just the care requirements. For you, having a chat, listening, or giving a little extra attention is also part of the job.

During your route:

• You assist with washing, dressing, and other activities of daily living (ADL);

• You administer medication according to guidelines and your competencies;

• You notice changes and discuss them with your colleagues;

• You work independently, always with a team to fall back on.
