Flexible Residential Care Guide/Nurse IG - flexible number of hours

Do you enjoy working on different departments or even different locations in The Hague and do you like to determine for yourself which shifts you work? As an on-call Nurse IG/Residential Care Guide, you are flexible and choose for yourself from available shifts (day, evening, night, and weekend shifts). You support and guide the residents based on the care plan. Additionally, as a Nurse IG, you are responsible for administering medication and the administration thereof. You observe the residents, report in the care plan, and maintain contact with practitioners, providing them with targeted information.

You feel happy when others are enjoying themselves. It's in the little things, such as a pleasant chat, good contact with the family, or a fresh idea. You have an eye for what is important, an eye for what matters. Will you come and meet us?

Do you possess a Level 3 IG Nurse diploma or will you be graduating soon? Do you have an affinity for elderly care, can you work independently, and is a flexible job exactly what you are looking for? Our offer

• Flexibility, because you determine your own hours and shifts

• Salary in FWG 35 VVT collective labor agreement min. €17.02 to max. €22.96 gross per hour 

• You receive an allowance if you work irregular shifts (unsocial hours). The percentage depends on the time at which you work an unsocial shift, ranging from 22% to 60%

• Possibility to work at various locations in The Hague
