The role

What you will do

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment is for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Velp. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

You will be working within a residential care location for people with an intellectual disability. The clients have diverse support needs and receive guidance tailored to their individual needs and abilities. A safe, homely, and predictable living environment is central, with attention to personal development, independence, and meaningful daily activities. You will be part of a dedicated team working together to provide the best possible care and guidance.

As a guide or nurse, you support clients in their daily lives and contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment. Your duties include:

  • Guiding clients during daily activities and providing structure
  • Supporting ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tasks where necessary
  • Stimulating self-reliance and maintaining or developing skills
  • Identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being and acting appropriately
  • Collaborating with colleagues, practitioners, and relatives to provide appropriate care and guidance

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • A diploma as a Level 4 Guide or in Nursing, or a diploma at MBO level 4 or HBO level in the field of care and welfare such as SPW or MMZ
  • Experience with the target group of clients with intellectual disabilities
  • You can work independently and dare to take responsibility
  • You are client-oriented and work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • You are flexibly deployable and make a positive contribution to the team
