The role

description

Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?

With us, yes. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.

In Heerhugowaard and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

The activities take place within a residential care environment with a diverse client group. At this location, clients live with varying levels of independence and different care needs, ranging from intensive guidance to more independent support. There is plenty of room for customization, where what is needed in terms of guidance, structure, and proximity is assessed per client. Additionally, ADL activities are performed, such as support with personal care and daily activities. You will work within a dedicated team, with continuous attention to the quality of care and the well-being of the clients.

You support clients in their daily lives, whereby the guidance is tailored to the individual care need and the level of independence. The activities include:

  • Guiding clients with diverse support needs
  • Providing structure, clarity, and where necessary, proximity
  • Stimulating independence and self-management
  • Supporting aging clients with extra attention to peace and continuity
  • Identifying changes and responding to them adequately
  • Executing guidance plans and reporting on progress

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
  • Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
  • A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
  • Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
  • A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

Does this suit you?

  • An mbo diploma as a guide or Verzorgende IG level 3
  • Affinity with a broad and diverse target group, from clients with intensive care needs to people with a mild to moderate intellectual disability and aging clients
  • You can switch flexibly between different guidance styles and provide structure
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
