Do you enjoy working in different departments or even at various locations in The Hague as a Care Assistant? Determine for yourself when and which shifts you work. As a Care Assistant on-call in the flex team, you support residents with the execution of ADL. You follow the agreements in the care plan. You report specifics in the digital file and to the caregiver or the (residential) care coordinator. You become happy when others are enjoying themselves. Flexibility, because you determine your own hours and shifts
For a Care Assistant a salary in FWG 25 cao VVT min. €16.24 to max. €20.66 gross per hour
For a Care Assistant Plus in FWG 30 cao VVT min. €16.61 to max. €21.79 gross per hour
You receive an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentage depends on the moment you work an ORT shift, varying from 22% to 60%
