As a Shift Leader, you are the primary point of contact on the production floor and the right hand of the Team Leader. You take ownership of your shift (in a 5-shift system 2-2-2) and ensure a safe, structured, and efficient working environment. You know exactly what is happening, guide colleagues in their development, and intervene where necessary. You are the one who maintains an overview, makes choices, and works together with your team to ensure our facade panels are produced on time and according to the highest quality standards.

• Preparing and leading the daily work meeting (Oobeya round);

• Ensuring the right people are in the right places and safeguarding craftsmanship;

• Analyzing deviations and KPIs and initiating improvement actions;

• Daily follow-up of operational problems and monitoring progress;

• Handling ROCKsafe issues fully and carefully.

You are a leader who takes responsibility and makes a difference by advancing people and processes. You combine an overview with an eye for detail and know how to coach, correct, and motivate at the right moments. With your communicative strength and honesty, you create trust, clarity, and results.
