As Poly Team Leader, you are the driving force of our production. You lead a team (approx. 16 FTE) where you collectively strive to achieve objectives such as safety, health, environment, quality, quantity, and yield. In addition, you are continuously looking for new opportunities to optimize results and you safeguard continuity, both in the short and medium term. As Team Leader, you provide hierarchical leadership, serve as an example of the Envalior behavioral standards, and are responsible for improving team performance and individual performance by applying Envalior HR instruments.

• Ensuring a safe working environment and overseeing compliance with SHE guidelines.
• Realizing customer requirements, production, and quality objectives.
• Directing operators and coordinating activities during the shift.
• Operations Owner within Manufex work processes.
• Managing utility systems and work permits.
• Ensuring the sustainable growth of your operators, correct staffing and employability, and improving team and individual performance.
• Compliance with and promotion of a world-class SHE and continuous improvement culture.
• Experience with HR instruments such as PDR and absenteeism management.
• Rotating to fulfill the role of Day Shift Team Leader.
