As a team leader, you will lead an enthusiastic and versatile team working in Houten. Your team consists of colleagues in cleaning, catering, reception, and repair and maintenance work. You ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• You connect people, tasks, and locations.

• You arrange efficient staff planning within the set hours.

• You ensure a pleasant, positive working atmosphere in which everyone works with pleasure.

• You organize team meetings in which you celebrate successes together and work on improvements.

• Together with the facility manager, you monitor the quality at your locations.

• You don't hesitate to occasionally help your colleagues in, for example, catering or at the reception.
