Production Team Leader

To further optimize our production process, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive Production Team Leader. Someone who not only sees where things can be improved, but also has the drive to implement those improvements together with the team. The role
As Production Team Leader, you will be involved in analyzing processes on the shop floor on a daily basis. You will look critically at what is going well, but especially at what can be improved. You see opportunities for improvement and actively take them on. In doing so, you will be given the freedom and responsibility to implement improvements and optimize processes. Through your commitment and insights, you help make production more efficient, smarter, and future-proof. Additionally, you will lead a team of ten motivated skilled professionals and ensure that our hydraulic piping systems are delivered on time, within budget, and according to high quality standards. You are the link between production and other departments such as engineering, production planning, and sales, and you actively contribute to the further development of IHC Piping.

Your job:

• You analyze production processes and implement improvements where necessary.
• You lead a team of 10 employees on a daily basis.
• You provide structure and ensure efficient planning and execution.
• You monitor progress regarding quality, planning, and budget.
• You work closely with engineering and production planning to determine the correct production methods.
• You consult regularly with sales to optimally integrate project agreements into the production process.
• You are visible and present on the shop floor and complete your administrative tasks at the computer.
• You actively think along about the future of IHC Piping and help us to grow further.

Your profile:
We are looking for a Production Team Leader who possesses:

• A gross monthly salary between €3719,- and €5177,- + 8% holiday allowance.
• Good work/life balance with 40 vacation days (including 13 ADV days) with the possibility to (buy/sell) leave.
• In addition, you will receive a travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
• You receive a discount on supplemental health insurance from VGZ and a profit-sharing scheme.
• A medium-salary pension scheme via PME in which matters in the event of unexpected death, disability, or unemployment are well arranged.
• Royal IHC also has a Social Fund from which care and related costs that do not fall under your health insurance can be partially reimbursed.
• You will receive a training budget of €1,500 per three years. We have our own 'IHC Academy' with more than 21,000 (external) training courses.
