As a Healthcare & Implementation Advisor, you are an important part of the Momo Care Team: together with your team, you are responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the Momo BedSense App within healthcare organizations.

As a Healthcare & Implementation Advisor, you ensure that healthcare workers feel heard and supported throughout the entire implementation process. When they fall in love with the Momo BedSense App, you have achieved your goal: namely that healthcare workers can provide care for the people we love most.

• From introduction to relationship management: you are responsible for the entire trajectory surrounding an implementation at a healthcare organization.

• Maintaining an overview for all stakeholders and thereby bringing peace to the implementation process. You are the central point of contact for various people within the healthcare organization and are always available for questions.

• Ensuring a successful implementation, for the healthcare workers, and for smooth cooperation with your colleagues.

• Regularly visiting nursing homes. This way, healthcare workers can easily find you, you can quickly identify and solve challenges, and you have close contact with all the different people walking around in a healthcare organization.

When a new organization starts using the Momo App and BedSense, you are the one who guides them. You organize kickoff meetings and you maintain contact with healthcare workers, practitioners, location management, and occasionally the board regarding the progress of the implementation. You are often at the care locations in your region and sometimes you have digital or telephone contact.

🧭 You are on the road 6 half-days p/w to visit healthcare locations in your region and one day every other week at our office in Delft.

🗓️ You switch easily between different projects, organizational layers, and disciplines.

You have a number of years of experience in the healthcare world and speak the language of healthcare. Because of this, you can switch quickly between different people and maintain an overview so that they always know where they stand. Additionally, you have experience in organizing and leading projects or changes.

• Familiarity with the Momo BedSense App is a nice advantage.

• You preferably have more than 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare and/or with leading projects.

• You can listen well and connect with all people in the healthcare organization.

• You are independent, curious, and dare to take initiative.

• You possess a driver's license B; unfortunately, the Tesla doesn't drive itself entirely just yet..

• In addition to Dutch, you also speak good English, but above all.... fluent Limburgish of course;)!

• Salary indication

  • Junior Healthcare Advisor: €3100 - 3600 gross (based on 40h), depending on relevant work experience (0-4 years) and 8% holiday allowance.

  • Medior Healthcare Advisor: €3600 - 4100 gross (based on 40h), depending on relevant work experience (+4 years) and 8% holiday allowance.

  • Senior Healthcare Advisor: €4100 - 4700 gross (based on 40h), depending on relevant work experience (+7 years) and 8% holiday allowance.
