As a Healthcare Assistant (IG), you provide personal care and perform nursing technical procedures. In doing so, you always look at what a resident can and wants to do themselves and have an eye for the resident's well-being and experience.

At our small-scale location, you have a broad and independent role. You switch quickly between different care needs and respond flexibly to what the day and the residents require of you.

You are closely involved in daily life at the location. You make time for a chat, help with cooking and activities, and contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere. Together with colleagues, the quality nurse, and the treatment service, you ensure good and appropriate care.

Gerard Goossenflat is a small-scale residential location for residents with dementia (PG), where personal attention and well-being are central. You work in a close-knit, small team in which you know each other well and are jointly responsible for the care and well-being of the residents.

• you work on a small-scale and personal basis with residents with dementia;

• you are actively involved in cooking, day activities, and programming;

• you look at the individual experience and needs of residents;

Gerard Goossen is located just a 3-minute walk from the Hesseplaats metro station. The shopping center is also approximately a 3-minute walk away. You can park for free in the neighborhood.

You can switch quickly between different care needs and see what is required, even when a resident cannot always indicate this themselves. You have an eye for the person behind the care need and like to contribute to a pleasant and meaningful day.

• Salary according to CAO VVT FWG 35/40 (€17.48 - €24.69 gross per hour / €2,735.91 - €3,864.43 based on 36 hours per month);

• Irregularity allowance (ORT) on top of your salary;

• Annual contract with a view to permanent employment;

• 8% holiday allowance + 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

• Pension via Zorg en Welzijn;

• Contract between 24 and 32 hours.
