It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The activities take place within a residential care environment for adults and seniors, where clients live at a level of independence that suits them. For clients who need more structure and security, there is a closed ward with its own courtyard. The location offers a combination of independence and proximity to care, with attention to comfort, safety, and quality of life.

• Providing personal care and nursing procedures.
• Supporting clients in their daily functioning.
• Identifying changes in the health situation and acting accordingly.
• Working according to care plans and reporting on progress.
• Contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment for the clients.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, classification in job group 45 or 50 depending on your education: €3,180 to €4,716 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €44.43 per hour.

• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• You have at least a diploma as a Healthcare Assistant (Verzorgende IG) or Nurse.
• You have an affinity for adults and seniors with diverse care needs and can respond to different levels of independence.
• You work in a client-oriented manner, take responsibility, and function well both independently and in a team.
