The Housing & Facilities department is in full development. Therefore, you would like to contribute your part to the further professionalization of our department under the inspiring leadership of and in collaboration with the Facilities Team Leader. You feel comfortable in a position with a lot of independence and responsibility. You can set priorities well, know how to translate complex issues into concrete actions, and are able to guide various projects and improvement processes simultaneously. You are analytically strong, switch easily between operational, tactical, and project-based work, and know how to involve people in changes.
You complement these great qualities with:
A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Facility Management.
Several years of experience in a similar role, for example in Hospitality or as a Services Coordinator, Facility Project Employee, or Facility Buyer.
