What you'll get

Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?

With us, yes. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.

In Zeeland and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The role

What you will do

The duties take place within multiple specialized residential and care locations where clients reside with intensive support needs and behavioral issues. Due to the deployment across different locations, the work is varied and dynamic. Each location offers a structured and safe environment, working in dedicated teams with a shared focus on quality of care and the well-being of the clients.

You provide intensive care and guidance to clients with complex care needs. The duties are focused on safety, stability, and quality of life and include, among others:

  • Providing personal care and ADL support
  • Administering and monitoring medication
  • Performing nursing technical procedures such as administering insulin, blood sugar testing, and tube feeding
  • Guiding clients with challenging behavior, both individually and in group settings
  • Identifying changes and acting adequately upon them
  • Working according to care plans and reporting on progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines
  • Deploying flexibly across multiple locations

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
  • Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
  • A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
  • Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
  • A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

Does this suit you?

  • You have an MBO level 3 diploma as a guide or a Caregiver IG (Verzorgende IG)
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity for clients with complex and intensive support needs in combination with challenging behavior
  • You are resilient, patient, and can switch between individual guidance and group-oriented care
  • You are authorized and competent in medication administration, administering insulin, measuring blood sugar, and tube feeding
  • You are flexible, as deployment takes place at various locations
