Functional Application Management Coordinator

Bartiméus is renewing its ICT organization, processes, and ways of working. With smart technology, we create more space for personal attention within care and education. As Functional Application Management Coordinator, you will lead the FAB team in this development. You provide direction and oversight and, with your energy, ensure movement and connection within the team.

As Functional Application Management Coordinator, you will lead a team of 10 functional application managers from our beautiful, green working environment in Zeist. You coach and develop your team, set priorities, and stimulate collaboration, ownership, and knowledge sharing.

You ensure reliable and customer-oriented service delivery and maintain control over capacity, workload, changes, releases, and continuity. At the same time, you professionalize ways of working and processes and monitor the coherence and development of the application landscape. In doing so, you work closely with key users, suppliers, and other ICT departments. In this way, you ensure that the applications increasingly align with work processes, user needs, information security, and the strategy of Bartiméus. You participate in the ICT MT and tactical meetings and report to the ICT Manager. Additionally, you have an advisory and supportive role towards the management of Bartiméus, the Board of Directors, and specialists regarding issues surrounding functional application management.

Also if they have a multiple disability or experience problems with seeing due to, for example, non-congenital brain injury. We are there for their loved ones and for the professionals around them. You are an accessible and decisive Coordinator who provides direction while simultaneously keeping an eye on the team. You know how to organize well and set priorities, maintain oversight, and work in a result-oriented manner. Thanks to your analytical gaze, you quickly fathom issues and know how to distinguish main points from secondary details. You communicate clearly and persuasively and get people on board with changes. In doing so, you stand firm in your shoes: you dare to make choices, remain steady in course when necessary, and bring the energy to move forward together. You stimulate collaboration, give colleagues space, and know how to take the FAB team along in developments and changes. You provide direction, calm, and confidence to your team and to the ICT environment of Bartiméus.

Furthermore, you possess:

• University/Higher Professional Education level of work and thought, preferably in ICT, Information Management, or Business Administration.

• At least five years of experience within functional management, supplemented by experience in team coordination or leadership.

• Experience with team development, process improvement, and change processes, and knowledge of BiSL, ITIL, and service management. Experience with TOPdesk is a plus.

• Knowledge of changes, releases, testing, supplier management, authorizations, privacy, information security, and continuity. Knowledge of NEN 7510 and the Cybersecurity Act is a plus.

• Preferably some experience within or understanding of care, education, or another complex social organization.

• Good command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
