Are you looking for a fun part-time job in which you support healthcare? Do you have a love for care? And because of that, for the residents of healthcare organizations? Together with the Service & Support team, you will answer questions from healthcare professionals and provide the support they need to care for their residents as well as possible.
As a Healthcare Supporter, you are the hero for healthcare professionals. You ensure that they feel fully supported. You do this by answering phone calls from healthcare, and proactively approaching healthcare and gathering feedback, so that we know even better what healthcare needs. At the end of the day, you want healthcare professionals to tell their families at the dinner table how well you helped them, and how that made their day better.
Providing Service and Support includes, among other things, the following components:
Information desk and support for healthcare professionals, primarily by telephone and email - always with sincere attention.
Proactive calling; calling various healthcare professionals to check how things are going. These are conversations in which we ask how healthcare experiences the use of the Momo-App.
💗 You are in contact with the people we do it all for: the healthcare professionals! Via email, telephone, and even on-site, you support healthcare professionals in their work.
💥 You will join a flexible team that is always ready for healthcare. This is to support them even better in their work: caring for the people we love.
🎉 18 euros per hour, pension, travel allowance, and growth opportunities wherever you want. On Thursdays, you can stay for dinner at the office. Team activities are organized, but everything is optional.
🔥 By truly listening to and thinking along with healthcare, switching gears quickly, asking follow-up questions, and gathering feedback, you make a noticeable difference in the daily lives of our healthcare professionals in the Netherlands & Belgium.
You are enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to be part of a positive and hardworking team. You can maintain a good overview and no request for help is too crazy for you.
You do what you are good at; caring for care, and you do this together with a motivated and hardworking team. This team is there for each other, utilizes each other's talents, and also brings out your best side.
You are eager to learn and strong in communication, allowing you to easily connect with healthcare professionals in the Netherlands & Belgium.
You are a real go-getter! You love to roll up your sleeves, are always ready to help people, and want to continuously improve.
You can communicate well in Dutch; English is a plus.
You are flexible and do not find it a problem to work between 08:00 and 21:00. We are looking for reinforcement for both office hours and evenings and weekends.
You want to use your skills and experience to make a visible impact in (elderly) care, both in the Netherlands and Belgium. You get energy from a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same. Together with enthusiastic and talented people, you work towards a shared goal and have a lot of fun doing so.
Making the ultimate difference for healthcare professionals with an innovative solution.
Minimum 16 hours p/w. Perfect if you are studying!
Salary of €18 and 8% holiday allowance.
Opportunities for growth in the area you want, which means: room to bring in and implement ideas, choosing where you want to improve yourself, and taking on projects you find interesting.
This vacancy is open both internally and externally. In the event of equal suitability, internal candidates will have priority.
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft, focused on tackling one of the greatest societal challenges: the future of (elderly) care. Over the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of current healthcare workers will retire. In short: creating more job satisfaction for healthcare workers and simultaneously increasing the quality of life for residents in nursing homes.
