Do you have an affinity for IT? Do you enjoy caring for those in healthcare? Together with the Service & Support team, you will answer questions from healthcare professionals and provide the support they need to care for their residents as well as possible. That is why we find it important that they can always reach us. That means: when healthcare works, we work too!
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft, focused on tackling one of the greatest societal challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of current healthcare professionals will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on healthcare professionals and improve the quality of care. In short: creating more job satisfaction for healthcare professionals and simultaneously increasing the quality of life for residents in nursing homes.
💗 You are in contact with the people we do it all for: the healthcare professionals! Via email and telephone, you support healthcare professionals in their work.
💥 You will join a flexible team that is always ready for healthcare, especially at night! This is to support them even better in their work: caring for the people we love.
🔥 You work with various systems to help healthcare as much as possible with technical questions.
🎉 €3000-3700 (based on 40 hours), pension, travel allowance, and growth opportunities: space to introduce and implement ideas, choose where you want to improve yourself, and take on projects that seem interesting to you. Team activities are organized and there is the possibility to eat at the office with the company on Thursdays, but everything is non-binding.
As Customer Support at night, you are the hero for healthcare professionals. You ensure that they feel fully supported. You do this by answering phone calls and emails from healthcare, and by proactively approaching healthcare and gathering feedback, so that we know even better what healthcare needs. At the end of the night, you want healthcare professionals to go home telling how well they were helped by you, and how that made their shift better.
Providing Service and Support consists of, among other things, the following components:
Information desk and support for healthcare professionals, primarily by telephone and email - always with sincere attention.
Proactively calling various healthcare professionals to check how things are going. These are conversations in which we ask how healthcare experiences the use of the Momo App.
Working with various technical systems to solve problems experienced by healthcare and to answer their questions. Who are you?
You are enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to be part of a positive and hardworking team. You can maintain a good overview and no request for help is too crazy for you.
You have an affinity for IT: you know your way around various systems and are motivated to investigate technical issues.
You do what you are good at; caring for care, and you do this together with a motivated and hardworking team. This team is there for each other, utilizes each other's talents, and brings out your best side as well.
You are eager to learn and strong in communication, allowing you to easily connect with healthcare professionals.
You are a real go-getter! You love to roll up your sleeves, are always ready to help people, and want to continuously improve.
You can communicate well in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
You are flexible and do not find it a problem to work shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 for the first 3 months, before moving to nights.
You want to use your skills and experience to make a visible impact in (elderly) care. You get energy from a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same. Together with enthusiastic and talented people, you work towards a shared goal and have a lot of fun doing so.
Making the ultimate difference for healthcare professionals with an innovative solution.
