Caregiver IG flex pool

Work when it suits you, at different locations and with plenty of variety. As a Caregiver IG in Amarosa's flex pool, you have the freedom to choose your own shifts and you make a difference every day for our residents and clients.

Do you want to work flexibly and at the same time be part of different teams? In our flex pool, you largely determine when you work. You can be deployed at various locations and departments in Wassenaar, both during the day, in the evening, and on the weekend.

You can easily sign yourself up for open shifts. Together with the colleagues from the permanent teams, you provide personal and expert care to our residents and clients.

Our residents have their own apartment and can meet each other in the living rooms or common areas. As a Caregiver IG, you provide personal care and guidance, paying close attention to what someone needs to live as independently and pleasantly as possible.

• works according to the personal care plan;

• signals changes in the health and well-being of residents and clients;

• stimulates independence and self-management;

• pays attention to well-being and quality of life;

• works closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals;

• reports and ensures a good handover.

You can be deployed at various Amarosa locations: Sophieke, Willibrord, Bellesteijn, de Bonte Os, and Amaliahof. You can also work within our home care teams at clients' homes.

The locations all have their own atmosphere and target groups. For example, you might work with residents with a somatic condition or with residents with dementia at a location with small-scale care with 6 to 8 residents, or nursing home care with a department of 36 residents.

Do you love variety and do you enjoy working in different places? Then the fire brigade services are really for you. You are deployable according to a roster at various locations and departments. You will hear where you are expected a day in advance. And if extra help is needed somewhere else on your workday, the planning office can contact you.

You are a committed Caregiver IG who likes to be close to the residents and clients. You look not only at the care requirement, but also at the person behind it. You can work well independently, but also quickly feel at home in a new team.
