Work when it suits you, at different locations and with plenty of variety. As a nurse in Amarosa's flexpool, you have the freedom to choose your own shifts AND you make a difference every day for our residents and clients.

Do you want to work flexibly and at the same time get to know different teams, locations, and target groups? In our flexpool, you largely determine when you work. You can be deployed at various locations and departments in Wassenaar, both during the day, in the evening, and on weekends.

You can easily sign yourself up for open shifts. Together with the colleagues from the permanent teams, you provide personal, expert, and appropriate care to our residents and clients.

Our residents have their own apartment and can meet each other in the living rooms or common areas. As a nurse, you look at the person behind the care needs and make an important contribution to the quality of care and life.

• provides nursing care and performs nursing technical procedures;

• signals changes in the health status of residents and clients;

• assesses situations and takes appropriate action;

• works according to the personal care plan;

• stimulates independence and self-management;

• guides and supports residents and clients and their loved ones;

• works together with colleagues and other healthcare professionals;

• reports and ensures a good handover.

You:

You can be deployed at various Amarosa locations: Sophieke, Willibrord, Bellesteijn, de Bonte Os, and Amaliahof. You can also work within our home care teams at clients' homes.

Each location has its own atmosphere and target groups. For example, you work with residents with a somatic condition or with residents with dementia. The variety requires independence, but also offers you the chance to gain many different experiences. For example, you work with residents with a somatic condition or with residents with dementia at a location with small-scale care with 6 to 8 residents, or nursing home care with a department of 36 residents.

Do you love variety and do you enjoy working in different places? Then the fire brigade services are really for you. You are deployable according to a roster at various locations and departments. You will hear where you are expected a day in advance. And if extra help is needed somewhere else on your workday, the planning office can contact you.

You are an expert and committed nurse with a warm heart for elderly care. You can switch gears quickly, stand firmly in your shoes, and enjoy working in different teams and situations.

You look beyond the direct care and have an eye for the wishes, possibilities, and autonomy of our residents and clients. You recognize our core values of loving, helpful, cohesive, and expert in your way of working.

Furthermore, you possess:

• a Nursing diploma and a valid BIG registration;

• up-to-date knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols;

• good communication and writing skills;

• independence and the ability to switch gears quickly;

• humor, tact, and flair.
