What will you be doing?
As a residential support worker at Amarosa, you and your colleagues bring color and meaning to the daily lives of our residents. You create a warm, safe, and cozy atmosphere in which elderly people feel truly seen and valued.

As a residential support worker, you also have a role in care. For example, you provide support with personal care, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking, and using the toilet.

Additionally, you are there for the small, but oh so important moments. You undertake an activity, have a chat, or simply listen for a moment. In this way, you make the days more enjoyable and life more meaningful. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that residents feel heard, seen, and valued every day. To the residents, you are a familiar face.

• Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere: You create a warm and trusting bond with residents and their relatives. You ensure that everyone feels comfortable.

• Living with meaning: You help residents and provide the attention they need.

• You have an eye for what is important to residents in their lives and have a sincere interest in their well-being;

• You have a warm heart for the elderly and love to contribute to their happiness;

• You may (not yet) have care experience, but you are motivated to learn and grow;

• You are flexibly available from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM;

• You are looking for meaningful work in which you make the lives of others and yourself more beautiful.

• A salary according to the CAO for Nursing and Care Homes & Home Care, classified in FWG 20 (min €2,488 max. €3,064 at 36 hours);

• A contract for an initial period of one year with a view to extension;

• 8% holiday allowance, 8.3% end-of-year bonus, and pension with PGGM.
