Healthcare Student – Flexpool

You are following the Verzorgende IG or Nursing training and want to gain practical experience in elderly care alongside your studies.

To be able to work as a healthcare student in our flexpool:

• You have completed at least the first year of your Verzorgende IG or Nursing training;

• You have completed at least one internship with a passing grade;

• Your ADL skills have been assessed and achieved during your studies or internship and you can demonstrate this;

• You are flexibly deployable for different shifts and nursing homes;

• You work independently, take responsibility, and keep your agreements.

Are you in your third or fourth year? If your nursing technical skills have also been assessed and achieved during your internships, you may be able to start working as a Verzorgende IG within the flexpool.

As a healthcare student, you will work within our flexpool as a Care Assistant or Individual Healthcare Provider (Verzorgende IG), depending on the year of your studies and the skills you have acquired. You support residents with daily care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting. In doing so, you always look at what someone can and wants to do themselves. Of course, there is also time for attention and a chat.

Do you work as a Verzorgende IG? Then you will also perform the nursing technical procedures for which you have been assessed and deemed competent during your studies and internships.

In the flexpool, you can easily combine work with your studies:

• You choose your own shifts via the schedule;

• You work when it suits you;

• You work in different nursing homes and with different teams;

• You gain valuable practical experience alongside your studies;

• You learn and earn at the same time.
