As a project manager, you are responsible for the development and realization of complex construction projects. Additionally, you are responsible for the budget and lead various project teams.

You maintain contacts with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers. In short; you ensure an efficient realization of the entire (construction) process, where your role is crucial to the success of every project.

And furthermore:

• You hold ultimate responsibility for communication and coordination with involved parties and for the coordination of the integral design process;

• Purchasing and contract alignment are parts of your duties that you perform together with your team, taking the design and budget into account;

• You monitor progress throughout the entire process and adjust when necessary, whereby quality and safety are held in high regard;

• You map out opportunities and risks at an early stage and communicate clearly about them with your team and the client, which emphasizes your impact and leadership within the project team.

You are an experienced Project Manager, and your extensive experience in taking responsibility for the return on projects makes you an indispensable force within our team. Through your experience and expertise, you are able to be up-and-running quickly.

You are a driven personality, are easily approachable, and are a true self-starter. You show initiative and are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders. You maintain the overall overview and are able to process, analyze, and establish connections between data quickly and adequately.
