The role

Within Gebr. Van Kessel, we are looking for a Roller Operator to come and strengthen our asphalt crew!

What you'll do

As an experienced Roller Operator, you are responsible for the high-quality and responsible compaction of asphalt pavements. You know better than anyone how important the correct compaction is for the quality, lifespan, and safety of the final result. Thanks to your craftsmanship, you can work independently and are able to make the right choices during the rolling process. You work with different types of rollers, such as tandem rollers, static rollers, three-drum rollers, and pneumatic rollers.

Your qualities as a Roller Operator

We are looking for an experienced craftsman or craftswoman who already has several years of experience with rolling asphalt. You are used to working independently, have an eye for quality, and understand the importance of a tight finish.
Furthermore:

Do you have demonstrable experience as a roller operator in asphalt processing;
Are you available full-time and willing to work night and weekend shifts;
Do you work safely, accurately, and quality-oriented;
Do you feel responsible for the progress and quality of the work;
Do you possess a Category B driver's license.

A recognized operator diploma is a plus.
