Project Manager Construction & Real Estate | Development Realization Project Management | Hybrid | Eindhoven | 32 - 40 hours per week

As a Project Manager Construction and Real Estate at vb&t, you are integrally responsible for multiple (new) construction projects, from initiative and feasibility to realization and aftercare. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution and manage quality, planning, risk, and finances. We operate in a niche market with a diverse and high-quality portfolio. Think of large-scale projects such as theaters, museums, high-end office environments, residential developments, healthcare buildings, and leading projects in locations such as the Zuidas in Amsterdam and the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. In this role, you work closely with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders and take a leading role in decision-making at the project and steering group level.

You are able to look further at a strategic level and know what is required to contribute to the growth of vb&t Project Management and our excellent service. You will join a flat organization with short lines and a close-knit team of approximately 20 professionals. You are the first point of contact for clients at a strategic, commercial, and substantive level. You actively contribute to important choices and guide decision-making at the project and steering group level. In your role, you act as a strong driver for project teams, consisting of, among others, architects, engineers, and other advisors. Additionally, you work closely with governments and other stakeholders to realize projects successfully and in a future-proof manner.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing complete plan development;

• Budget and cost monitoring;

• Advising/guiding (zoning plan) procedures, project schedules, and construction cost estimates;

• The selection and contracting with external parties.

• Project management/direction of the projects.

You are able to make decisions at a tactical and strategic level and dare to speak your mind. You dare to give clear advice, maintain an overview, are result-oriented but above all involved and socially accessible. You switch easily between different projects and responsibilities and find connection easily at various levels.
