Construction Project Manager South Netherlands

As a Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for realizing construction and renovation projects within our stores in the Benelux. You will work in the Project Management department, which is responsible for building new stores and renovating over 1,750 stores within the Benelux.

Whether it concerns a complete new build, a renovation, a technical installation, or a large-scale modification in our stores: you ensure that projects are well-prepared and successfully executed. Ultimately, it is all about the same goal; a beautiful and pleasant store for our customers and a great working environment for our colleagues.

What will you do in the role of Construction Project Manager for the South Netherlands?

• You are responsible for construction and renovation projects from preparation to delivery.
• You draw up budgets, coordinate with involved departments, ensure good preparation, and monitor planning, quality, and costs throughout the project.
• On-site, you manage contractors and other executing parties. You intervene where necessary, solve practical problems, and ensure that projects are delivered according to agreement.
• With three store formats and over 1,750 locations in the Benelux, no project is the same. Yet, you always know how to translate processes, standards, and principles effectively into practice.
• In addition, you contribute ideas for the improvement of processes, techniques, and working methods. Because alongside realizing projects, we continue to develop ourselves constantly.

• A responsible position with a lot of freedom and ownership. You will receive your own projects, but you are never alone. Together with an experienced team of project managers, project support, and various specialists, you realize hundreds of construction and renovation projects annually within the Benelux.
