Residential Construction Project Leader

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Civil Engineering;

• Experience as a Project Manager within residential construction;

• Strong organizational and planning skills;

• A sharp eye for quality and process optimization;

• The ability to maintain an overview and set priorities;

• A connecting and coaching leadership style;

• Experience with Solibri, ASTA, KYP, and STA;

• A good command of the Dutch language.

• Salary from € 5,000.- to € 7,200.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 5,416.00 to € 7,800.- gross per month) based on full-time employment;

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability that contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to cao Bouw & Infra);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you ensure that projects run smoothly, from the initial preparations to the final delivery. You maintain the overview, bring people and processes together, and ensure that quality, planning, safety, and budget remain in balance.

You supervise multiple residential construction projects that are in different phases, working closely with site managers, work preparers, and supporting staff services. Additionally, you coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and advisors, and maintain contact with clients and other involved parties.

With your experience, you effectively lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure strong collaboration within the project team. In a dynamic construction environment, you know how to create calm, set the right priorities, and successfully bring projects to completion.
