Do you want to grow into a director position as a Mechanical Engineering Project Leader? For a successful installation company within the VDK Group, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Project Leader who manages residential construction projects and has the ambition to lead an organization in the long term.

You will get the chance to work closely with the current management, take responsibility for projects, customers, and teams, and develop yourself step by step towards a director role.

• Leading mechanical engineering residential construction projects

• Monitoring planning, quality, budget, and progress

• Maintaining and further expanding customer relationships

• Managing work preparers, technicians, and other involved colleagues

• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to the further growth of the organization

• Collaborating with management and leadership on the future development of the company

• Working towards a role with increasing strategic and organizational responsibility
