• A gross salary between € 4,750 and € 5,500 per month based on full-time employment and depending on your experience.

As a project leader, you hold ultimate responsibility for the complete mechanical installations of multiple projects totaling up to € 5 million. From start to completion, you are in the lead and enjoy a great deal of freedom in your role to organize the project and implement improvement proposals. Your strength lies in managing relationships and communicating with all involved stakeholders. Whether it is the client, architects, developers, (sub)contractors, or your project team, you know how to get everyone on the same page.

You see problems as opportunities and you know how to solve them quickly and professionally, without jeopardizing the completion date. You know how to achieve both calm and, above all, enjoyment within the project team. Together with your team, you ensure that the installation of, among other things, heat pumps, thermal energy storage systems, and solar panels proceeds smoothly and you process all data into the correct reports.

• You are the first point of contact for the project leaders of our clients and subcontractors.
• You manage the planning and direction of your team members.
• You manage the progress, quality, safety, and yield of the project.
• You ensure financial control and evaluate this regularly for real-time insight and forecasting of the project.
• You carry out work inspections and organize toolbox meetings.
