Project Leader Small-Scale Works (KSW)

• A salary of € 4,500 - € 5,800 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience.

As Project Leader KSW, you will get the chance to set up KSW within VanderLinden. KSW focuses on technical modifications, replacements, expansions, and optimizations within building-related installation technology. You will build a team and the way of working, and you are responsible for the trajectory from customer request and technical solution to quotation and execution. With your strong mechanical knowledge and affinity for electrical engineering, you ensure speed, quality, and results for the customer.

• You build the KSW team and ensure a clear, efficient way of working from request to delivery.
• You are the technical point of contact for small-scale works and translate customer requests into suitable, executable solutions and quotations.
• You realize KSW projects with a scope of up to approximately € 100,000 and manage quality, safety, planning, costs, and results accordingly.
• You coordinate the preparation and execution, working closely with work planners, engineers, and technicians.
• You maintain customer contact throughout the entire trajectory and identify additional work and new commercial opportunities.
• You coordinate customer requests with the Contract Managers where necessary and jointly ensure the correct technical solution.
• You coordinate with the Project Leaders to determine whether works fit within KSW or should be handled as a larger project due to scope or complexity.
• You work closely with the Client Manager to jointly further develop KSW and successfully position it in the market.
