Technical Project Leader Electrical Engineering

Provide direction to large renovation and maintenance projects with 10 technical colleagues. In this way, you work towards a safe, sustainable, and future-proof working environment within Rabobank.

As a Technical Project Leader, you know the secrets of electrical engineering, managing operations, and delivering projects with mastery. You lead design teams and contractors during adjustments and expansions within Rabobank's real estate. Together with technical specialists, you investigate what is feasible and choose a sustainable approach. You also monitor the planning, quality, and budget, while ensuring the office environment remains in use during the works.

• Revitalizing parts of buildings, where you replace installations and redesign an office while the working environment remains in use.
• Making lighting more sustainable within an office environment.
• Replacing camera and intrusion systems.

• 36 hours per week.
• You work within a department of 10 colleagues.

• Investigate the technical and organizational feasibility of the project scope before design and execution begin.
• Determine the most sustainable approach for renovations and coordinate solutions with specialists and external advisors.
• Plan the activities, report on progress, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the agreed quality.

You carry out your activities within the Technical Projectmanagement team, under the responsibility of the Lead Technical Projectmanagement. Where necessary, you work together with external advisors.

The 10 colleagues of Technical Projectmanagement carry out larger maintenance projects and renovations within Real Estate & Smart Workplace. Collaboration and management are our way of working here; as 1 goal-oriented and expert team within Rabobank.

• Education in Higher Installation Technology Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of safety and security systems.
• At least 15 years of experience with design and execution.
• Ability to think outside existing frameworks.
