We create structural designs for the main load-bearing structure of every building. We do this for new construction projects ranging from ground-bound homes to high-rise buildings, complex transformations, or as second opinions. In a 3D model, we make the design transparent for all stakeholders. Our knowledge and experience in detail engineering for concrete, steel, and wood allow us to steer towards a manufacturable and feasible structural design early in the design process. And as a Structural Project Leader, you are an indispensable link.

Due to the expansion of the structural department and a growing order portfolio, a beautiful position is open for an experienced colleague who advises on complex, multidisciplinary construction projects.

As a Structural Project Leader, you take the lead on construction projects and translate the wishes of initiators, builders, and subcontractors into smart, cost-effective solutions. You are the link that connects technical knowledge to practical execution, and you ensure that all involved parties are aligned.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Advising on and developing structural designs;

• Preparing offers and coordinating the execution of projects;

• Working closely with structural engineers and modelers to ensure integral project results.

You are an experienced professional who:

• Has relevant work experience, including at least several years as a project leader in the structural sector;

• Has knowledge of BIM, specifications, and contract forms, and knows how to use these effectively in projects;

• Has strong communication skills and easily creates support among all involved parties.
